The Burning Sun is a psych-rock band with three-part harmonies, punchy bass and intricate percussion drawing inspiration from The Cranberries, REM, and Neko Case. theburningsunmusic.bandcamp.com
About the Reuben Waite Barn: The venue for this event is a pre-1800's hand hewn timber frame barn. In 2020 the Reuben Waite Barn was moved from its original location in Galway, NY to the shop property of Green Mountain Timber Frames in Middletown Springs. The Green Mountain Timber Frames crew carefully dismantled the structure taking care to label each beam, brace, and board. After restoring and washing the frame, it was erected once again on a stone foundation to live on as a space dedicated to community, the arts, traditional crafting, and the learning of hand tool woodworking.
